From 21 - 24 March 2018, the industry's experts like architects, carpenters, window and facade manufacturers come together at FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in Nuremberg. The event focuses on innovations and cutting-edge technologies for industry, trade and automation, the dedicated Architects´ Area and numerous special shows like "Easy planning, installation and configuration of electronic building elements".


This year new is the FENSTERBAU FRONTALE Forum. Besides panel discussions and impulse giving lectures for specific topics, specialist lectures address the topics digitalizing of craftsmanship, safety and burglary protection as well as real estate sector. On 22 March, one of the topics focused on is glass. With his lecture "Extreme Supporting Structure out of glass: state-of-the-art projects", Dipl.-Ing. Ralf Scheurer, responsible for international sales at sedak, shows what sedak enables regarding structural glazing. Projects like "111 South Main" and "The House of European History" impressively demonstrate the diversity of our glass. From July 2018, sedak perfects that diversity for glass dimensions up to 3.51m x 20m.
