There it is, our award as "Employer of the Future". We are proud that our efforts towards digitalization, innovative spirit and sustainability have been noticed and approved by a neutral body. The official award ceremony took place on 14 March and sedak can now call itself an "Employer of the Future". Patron Brigitte Zypries, Federal Minister of Economics (BWM) a. D, presented the award in person to Bernhard Veh, Managing Director sedak.
"The award is a result of the engagement of our employees. The seal does not only confirm our commitment to sustainability, but also our efforts to create a modern, respectful and flexible working environment. We have set the right course for a modern working environment at sedak," says Managing Director Bernhard Veh.
The seal is awarded by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) and the "German Entrepreneur Platform" (DUP) under the patronage of Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics (BWM). D. The award is given to innovative companies that have a clear digitalization strategy, pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions. Various factors, such as management philosophy, remuneration models, employee benefits, training and further education opportunities are evaluated by experts.
