No conclusions are made regarding the data subject when using the web server log data. GDPR Art. 6 (1) 1 (f) is the legal basis for this.

The following log files are stored:
Access-Log (stored for 60 days)
Error-Log: (stored for 7 days)

We only use the personal data that you provide via our website or by e-mail (e.g. your name and postal address or e-mail address) in order to correspond with you or for the purpose for which you have provided us with your data.

Contact formPersonal data provided in this context will certainly be your first and family names as well as your e-mail address. Your first and family names will be used to send you a personal answer. We use your e-mail address exclusively for responding to the message you have sent us. "Company", "department", "address" and "telephone number" represent optional data that we only require when you request that material be sent by post or you wish us to call you. First and family names and title will be used to personalise the newsletter. Providing the company name serves to identify the target group and provide interesting and relevant themes.

The sending of the newsletter makes use of the so-called double-opt-in method. This means that we do not send you the newsletter e-mail until after you have confirmed your registration via a link contained in a confirmation e-mail that we send you. You can request to stop receiving such newsletter e-mails from us at any time. To do this, please send an e-mail to marketing @ sedak.com or to the contact address given in this privacy policy or click on the link at the end of the information e-mail. After that, your application data are forwarded by means of an unencrypted e-mail to our personnel department and could be seen or modified by unauthorised persons. This site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. ("Google"). The information generated by the cookie regarding your usage of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Where IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within the Member States of the European Union or other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google uses this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your usage of the website, to compile reports about website activity and to provide the website operator with further services associated with website usage and Internet usage.
