David Ruth is an artist from Oakland, California who has already dedicated himself to glass since his earliest childhood. He produces individual cast glass for collectors, architects, and designers, and has developed a broad portfolio of aesthetic techniques and applications for his glass sculptures and for applications in architecture.
The "Colorado Cascades" project demonstrates the beauty of his glass art: A 2.7 x 7 meter large stone wall of glass decorates a chalet in the skiing region of Colorado. It was only sedak know-how that made the installation of the heavy glass facade possible. How?
